RATES Our 2010 Season will begin the week of June 13-20 and extend through the week of September 5-12. Our weeks run Sunday to Sunday. Sunday check-ins after 2pm and checkouts by 11:00am the following Sunday. All-inclusive rates quoted below include three meals daily, 7 day week (Sunday – Sunday), the use of a saddle horse 6 days a week (except Sunday), riding instruction, ranch entertainment, bedroom accommodations with bath/shower and all ranch facilities including fishing privileges (License required). Cabins vary in size from one to four rooms . River floats, fishing guides, rodeos and airport pickups/deliveries are extra. Montana has a 7% accommodations tax applicable to the bed portion of your rate. No gratuities or service charges will be added. Our 2009 Rates Will Apply for 2010 Season! $ 1,780.00 for each adult Note: 4-5 year olds may be led on a horse at the barn but may not go on extended rides. *Remember: No service charge or gratuities will be added.* “Adult Only” Weeks . . . August 29–September 5 & September 5-12 Deposit . . . A deposit of 30% of the total bill is requested to confirm all reservations. We accept cash, personal checks and travelers checks. We highly recommend travel insurance. Final payment is due in full at the end of your stay. Cancellations . . . Deposit is not refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will happily apply your deposit to the following season at applicable rates provided space is available. Transportation . . . If you are planning to drive we will send you specific directions when you secure your reservation with deposit. Our nearest airport is located near Bozeman, MT just over an hour’s drive west of the Ranch. We are happy to provide transportation to and from the Bozeman airport by prior arrangement for $40.00 per person ($80.00 per person round trip). Flight arrivals after 7:00 pm will require you to either rent a vehicle or arrange alternate shuttle services. We will need to receive your request at least 10 days before your scheduled arrival. |
