WELCOME The 7 D Ranch began as a family operation. Dr. DeWitt Dominick, his wife Lee and their five children ran cattle on the property and, in the summers, opened the ranch as a haven for friends from the East. Three generations later, little has changed at the 7 D. While much of the old West is quickly evolving, the 7 D Ranch holds fast to tradition and offers guests a hearty slice of the West as it once was. The ranch's 11 rustic cabins are tucked into the scenic and remote Sunlight Basin, 50 miles northwest of Cody, in the heart of Wyoming's Absaroka Mountains. Surrounded by national forest and just a short drive from Yellowstone National Park, the 7 D offers a unique wilderness vacation. Join us for the memory of a lifetime.
