LODGING Eleven rustic cabins, tucked into a stand of aspens, await you at the 7 D Ranch. All cabins have wood stoves and private baths, and range from one to four bedrooms. A crystal, spring-fed stream meanders between the cabins; a convenient cooler for beverages.
Meals are served in the Main Lodge dining hall, or at picnic tables, a short stroll across the lawn. The delicious home-cooked cuisine features freshly-baked breads, crisp salad greens from the kitchen garden, 7 D Ranch beef from our small Black Angus herd, and of course, scrumptious desserts. (Our kitchen staff is pleased to accommodate special dietary requirements.) A hearty cowboy breakfast, served on the trail, is always a memorable experience. |
