Rate Schedule: 2007 - 2008

All meals, riding and use of ranch facilities are included in the rates quoted. 15% service charge and a 6.6% sales tax are not reflected in the prices. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal check or cash. For weekly stays, check-in is at 4 p.m. unless specified with a special weekend / weekday package. We request that guests vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with the ranch office. During High Season, we may require Sunday to Sunday stays. Only ONE discount or special can be applied per stay.

End of Season Weekend Special:  April 10 - 13, 2008
$460 per person plus tax and service charge.  3 night minimum. Call for details.

Weekend Special: 4 days/3 nights
3 nights lodging, 10 meals (includes a sack lunch on Sunday) and 5 rides

Deposits / Cancellations / Refunds: We require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. Cancellations received less than 60 days in advance of the scheduled arrival dates are subject to a penalty in the amount of deposit plus a booking fee.

On refunds of credit card deposits, 5% of the deposit will be deducted to cover processing fees. No credit will be given for shortened stays or absences during a stay.
