Special Senior rates (62 and up) available Spring and Fall Sunday night thru Thursday night....Rate is $135.00 per person/per night.
* Rates based on double occupancy. Single occupancy add 10%
per day.
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. & Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
 Rates include three full meals each day, lodging, horseback riding,
and all
ranch activities. Courtesy transportation to golf, white-water rafting and area attractions
included. Airport transfers are also available at a nominal charge. A 9% North Carolina sales tax will be added to your total bill. A
25% deposit is
required to confirm your reservation.
Staff - Through contacts at colleges we are able to recruit a
competent, caring staff of young people. Guests regularly compliment our fine staff. A 15%
gratuity is appreciated but not required.
 Cancellation
Policy - If cancellation is received 30 days before your scheduled arrival, your
deposit will be returned, less a 20% handling charge, or we can apply your
deposit to another time. Cancellations
received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be retained unless we are able to
rebook
the scheduled space.
Groups & Conferences - Our facilities are well suited and
equipped for small conferences, sales seminars or family reunions. We can accommodate a
maximum of 50 guests, depending upon sleeping accommodations required by your group. We
can offer exclusive use of the ranch for your group; however. minimum guarantees are
required. |
