Deer Forks Ranch unit has two modern two bedroom log guest houses and one room with private bath in the ranch house for guests. One guest house has a loft with bunks for four and a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and additional cot. If needed the living room sofa hides a double bed. The second guest house is two bedroom with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a set of bunkbeds and a cot to sleep three in the other bedroom. It also has a hideabed and additional daybed if needed. Both guesthouses are spacious with kitchen, living room, and private bath or shower. The kitchens are fully equipped for housekeeping with everything needed except food. Included are microwave ovens and outdoor grills.

The Cow Creek unit has a new six bedroom, three bathroom home for rent. The kitchen is fully furnished for housekeeping except food. Laundry facilities and a microwave and grill are provided. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. No daily maid service: cleaning supplies, towels and sheets provided as needed.
