RESERVATIONScan be made one year in advance of your stay and it is advisable to plan as far in advance as possible as space is limited. We strongly recommend reservations of a week or longer to provide you with the opportunity to relax and become comfortable with your horse. Shorter stays of a minimum of four nights are available only when there is space between week or longer stays. We cannot hold a space without a 25 percent deposit, and no deposit can be refunded unless the vacancy is filled. Any slight changes in dates must be made two months ahead to avoid charge for the full confirmed reservation. To make a reservation, please be in touch with us to check on cabin availability. At this point, we will hold space tentatively for a couple of weeks to give you time to return the enclosed application form and your 25% deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will provide you with written confirmation of your reservation. RATES AND PAYMENT. The rate includes horseback riding and all living expenses with the exception of personal laundry. Local tax and 15 percent gratuity are added to your bill. Since children under age six do not ride, there is no charge for their stay. Checks, money orders or travelers' checks should be made payable to ELKHORN RANCH. We do not accept credit cards.
