"Slide Show" of Flying ~E~ Ranch - Contact RANCH Now

Picture this! It's you, in your blue jeans, all saddled up ready to ride and check cattle for newborn calves on wide open rangeland over rolling desert hills. You could now be a guest at the Flying E, a dude and cattle ranch where informality comes as naturally as a summer rain and guests become one big family. Look at that Arizona sky, those distant mountains ... this is quiet, peaceful, unhurried country. Breathe the clean, smog-free air, feel the warm sun.A vulture's eye view of the ranch

Once this was "gold-rush" country! Now the greatest treasures that guests carry away are happy memories of golden Arizona, Wickenburg and the Flying E. Come ... make your own memories with us!

We are the riding ranch! If you've come for the horses, you won't be disappointed! Our horses are reliable, trailwise, and individually selected by competent wranglers for both the experienced Relax in comfort with a viewand the novice. Rides with wranglers are twice daily and once on Sundays. If you need riding instructions, ask a real cowboy, he'll be glad to help. Use of a horse is not included in your room rates.

Breakfast cookouts, lunch rides to scenic areas and chuck wagon feeds are regular events at the Flying E. Don't worry if you're a non-rider. We'll take you to the picnic spots!

Flying E is the ideal place for your "real" western vacation. It is located on a mesa at 2400 feet, just 4 miles west of Wickenburg, landmarked by the famous Vulture Peak, home of the historical Vulture Mine. You'll love our weather ... the climate is warm and dry, averaging in the mid-70's with clean, dust-free air. There is scarcely a day without sunshine and millions of stars light each brisk, invigorating night. Back to Top
