Rate Details
Rates are subject to a 15% service charge, applicable state taxes and change without notice.

There is a three night minimum stay on reservations made prior to June 1st, unless we are able to fit your request between existing reservations.

You may place your name on a waitlist for a shorter stay. Beginning June 1st reservations of any length stay are made.

Reservation Deposits & Payments
A 60% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The balance is due at departure. We accept Visa and Mastercard, personal checks, traveler's checks and money orders.

Cancellation Policy
If reservations are cancelled within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, you will be held responsible for the total lodging cost (including taxes) if we are not able to rebook the accommodation. If the accommodation is rebooked or you cancel prior to 60 days from your arrival date, a refund will be given, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total lodging cost plus taxes.
