King Mountain Ranch rates include spacious accommodations, in our
lodge rooms or our intimate King House, all on-site ranch activities,
delicious appetizers and meals, non-alcoholic beverages, and
unlimited access to our bottomless cookie jar!
Our lodges boast individual rooms with either one king or two double
beds, private bathrooms and incredible views down the Buffalo Valley.
New for 2006 : Rent the
entire ranch for Saturday Weddings
and Family Reunions with two night's lodging!

Our Parkview and Haystack lodges offer extra-large rooms with
either one king or two double beds and private baths. Many rooms adjoin
to create comfortable Family Suites. Most rooms open to an outside deck
to enjoy breathtaking views of our beautiful mountains and surrounding
forest. All our rooms are non-smoking.

King House Rates
The King House is a beautiful, secluded lodge perfect for
large families or groups. It has 8 bedrooms on three floors with
one large bathroom centrally located on each floor. This lodge has
a beautiful stone fireplace joined by a spacious living and dining
area along with a full size kitchen and private laundry facilities.

Arrival / Departure Days
* Normally, your check-in days are Sundays and Thursdays, after 3pm.
* Check-out is after breakfast or by 10:00 am on your departure day
Please Note: A 15% Service Charge will be added
to all final bills
Additional charges could include our single occupancy rate (additional
$50/night), fireplace rooms (additional $25/night), alcoholic beverages
purchased from our Trails End Bar, skeet/trap shooting, massages and
any off-site activities.
Deposit/Cancellation Information: a 40%
deposit will confirm your reservation when sent within two
weeks of booking. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks
and money orders. This deposit is fully refundable if the reservation
is cancelled prior to forty-five (45) days days of your arrival (60
days for corporate groups).
If it is necessary to cancel within forty-five
(45) days of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable, but we will
be happy to put the deposit amount towards a new booking within one
year. We highly recommend trip insurance for your vacation in case something
occurs that forces you to cancel. Please ask for more information.
