Build a stronger team in an exclusive mountain setting with full conference facilities. Surrounded by National Forest, 9000 feet above sea level, the deep blue skies and dark green pines create a setting for pure enjoyment and relaxation. Only two and half hours from Denver, CO, the King Mountain Ranch is surrounded by over a million acres of Arapaho National Forest.

The King Office: The King Office with its large executive table is the perfect location for administrative meetings. Large picture windows offer incredible views of the ranch, lake, and mountains.

King Mountain Ranch Tariff Includes:

• Use of 34 guest rooms
• Accommodations and meals
• Trout fishing on private lake
• Use of antique bowling alley, pool table, ping pong, shuffle board and a variety of board games
• Lounges with fireplaces for relaxation, including a large screen television and video library in the Rec Center.
• Trail rides through National Forest, June 15-September 30, weather permitting
• Use of volleyball courts/lighted tennis courts
• Use of indoor heated pool and hot tub
• Children's Program available upon request only (4-12 year olds)
• Transportation on Ranch property, with Ranch vehicles
• Use of conference rooms
• Besides the indoor activities mentioned above, outdoor activities such as horseback riding, skeet shooting, archery, hiking, fishing, etc., are available o the ranch. Golf, River Rafting, ATVing and Hot Air Ballooning can be arranged off site. Our office will coordinate these events for you.
