Our Summer rates reflect our entire vacation package!
All meals, riding and instruction, accomodations, ranch activities, and nightly entertainment are included in Summer rates.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Peaceful Valley Ranch is located just below the Continental Divide, yet only 1.5 hours from Denver International Airport. Whatever accommodation you choose, we are sure that you will find our ranch to be your home away from home.

We have scheduled programs and activities for everyone ages 4 and up. Babysitting is available for children 3 and under at an additional charge, but please be aware that there are no planned activities for these youngsters. We welcome your young ones FREE of charge for meals and lodging! In our beautiful valley, there is something for everyone.

You don't have to be a rider to enjoy yourself at Peaceful Valley Ranch. We are known for our program diversity, day trips, and guided hikes throughout the week. Please deduct $200 from our 6 night packages for non-rider rates. This discount is available at the time of reservation only.

SPECIAL OFFERS: Our valued returning guests get a 10% discount plus 1% every returning year. We welcome family reunions! Special discounted rates for groups of 10 or more.

Descriptions and Conditions
Wrangler accommodations require a 6 night stay only. We regret that we are unable to grant substitutions or credits for meals, activities, or days missed. While we do offer 3 night packages, we recommend the 6 night package for the fullest guest ranch experience! If there is a need for large group accommodations, our friendly staff will do our best to assist your lodging needs! Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of $300 PER PERSON for 6 night packages, and $200 PER PERSON for 3 night packages. Once our reservations department receives your deposit, we will send a confirmation letter. Your balance will be due upon checkout. Rates do not include 4.1% state sales tax. While our rates do include a modest service charge, additional gratuities for outstanding service are at your discretion. Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION: If you need a shuttle to or from Denver International Airport, please call Estes park Shuttle at 970 586-5151.

Cabin accommodations require a minimum 2 night stay. Please note that lodging rates do not include summer activities. Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of $50 PER ROOM. Your balance will be due upon checkout.

Rates do not include 4.75% state sales tax. While our rates do include a modest service charge, additional gratuities for outstanding service are at your discretion.
Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For our Full Meal Plan, we suggest dinner on your arrival night, followed by breakfast and lunch on your departure day.
