with aged balsamic and an unforgettable Gnocchi with four cheese
sauce.

Facing West Restaurant in Historic Lake City, Colorado. Chef Bracken
is a featured Chef for the Powderhorn Ranch Gourmet Week
Celebration. For Gourmet Week 2000, Sam prepared a number of
unforgettable taste sensations including Rocky Mountain Smoked
Trout, Grilled Elk tenderloin in blueberry sauce and Grilled Salmon
club sandwiches.
