2008 Rate Information

Rates Include: lodging, all meals, horseback riding (weight limit 240 lbs.),
fishing, swimming, children's programs, trapshooting, all other on-ranch activities
Rates Do NOT Include: state sales tax of 3%, county lodging tax, staff gratuity, train ride, raft trip, overnight pack trip, Alamosa Airport transportation ($125 round trip for up to six people)

Summer Season ~ Open June 1 - August 31
Per person, per week ~ Sunday to Sunday

Deposit

To hold reservations, we request a deposit of $300 per person. This is refundable (less a 10% handling charge) up to 60 days in advance of arrival. Less than 60 days in advance, it is refundable (less 10%) only if we can rebook the space.

Arrival and Departure

We request that you plan your arrival at the ranch between 3:30 and 5:30 pm Sunday. We serve dinner at 6:30 pm and have orientation at 7:30 pm on arrival day, neither of which will you want to miss! Check-out time is 9:30 am the following Sunday.

Late Season

August 31 through September 24. Minimum 3 night stay. Check-in afternoon of arrival; check-out 9:30 am departure day. Rate is $230 per night, per person. "Fishing only" rate is $200 per night per person. Deposit is $300 per person.
