Rates (Effective 15 October 2006 for 2007) :

Early Summer ( June 17 to June 30) and Early Fall (Aug 26 to Sep 15).

• Adults: $1350 per person per week, 6 nights Sunday through Saturday
• Children under 12: $1250 per child per week.

Mid Summer (July 1 to Aug 26)

• Adults: $1425 per week, 7 nights, Sunday through Sunday
• Children 12 and under: $1325 per child per week

Plus 15% service charge for staff gratuities, Wyoming sales tax of 4% on 50% of the base price, and bed tax of 2% on 20% of the base price.

Rates include log cabin accommodations, all with private baths and porches; ranch gourmet meals; your own horse for the week, fly fishing including loan of equipment; daily housekeeping; laundry facilities; use of hot tub; all ranch activities and entertainment.

Reservation, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, we require a $600 per person deposit within 2 weeks of making the reservation. After May 1, to confirm your reservation, we require a $600 per person deposit within 1 week of making the reservation.

Please note that you do not have a confirmed reservation until we have received your deposit -- space will not be held.

For cancellations prior to May 1, deposits will be refunded minus a $100 per person processing fee, or deposits may be applied to a reservation for the next season. For cancellations after May 1, the deposit (minus the $100 processing fee) will be refunded only if the space is resold. Reservations for groups of 12 or more require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Family reunions are welcome throughout our season. For a group of 20 or more, the ranch will be exclusively yours. We also welcome small professional and business groups in June and September.

We happily accept personal checks, cash, or traveler’s checks. We do not accept credit cards.
