The Hideout is a first-class guest ranch facility at the historic Flitner Ranch. Founded in 1906, the ranch is located in north central Wyoming in the heart of beautiful Shell Valley near Greybull, Wyoming. The range extends from near Cody, Wyoming to the top of the western slope of the Bighorn Mountains. The ranch has been continuously owned and operated by the Flitner family for five generations. The hospitality and friendliness of the Flitner family has attracted guests for more than fifty years.

The Flitner Ranch guest properties consist of The Hideout, The Upper Hideout and Snowshoe Lodge. With each season comes a whole host of activities and vacation options that include cattle drives, mountain horseback rides, snow mobiling, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, private riding lessons, cross country skiing and more.
