2007 Cowboy Adventure Packages, Dates & Rates

The Hideout at Flitner Ranch is a year-round guest ranch/resort with three busy seasons of Spring, Summer, and Fall: spanning mid April through mid November. Please inquire regarding our wintertime offerings and guest packages, or dates other than noted below.

SPRING: April 29 - June 9, 2007

FALL: Sept. 16 - Nov. 15, 2007

4-Night Pkg: Double Occupancy, $1,725; Single, $1,895
6-Night Pkg: Double Occupancy, $2,225; Single, $2,525
13-Night Pkg: Double Occupancy, $4,450; Single, $5,050

SUMMER: June 10 - Sept. 15, 2007

6-Night Pkg: Double Occupancy, $2,435; Single, $2,725
13-Night Pkg: Double Occupancy, $4,870; Single, $5,450

Children Age 11 & Under: For the 2007 seasons we will give a 15% discount for children age 11 and under.

Note: All rates are subject to 5% WY sales tax and 15% gratuity.

To maintain our high standards, The Hideout has a 32-guest maximum (although special arrangements may be accommodated upon request). So with our 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio, come prepared to be pampered. Our commitment to excellence ensures top-notch hospitality and guest services during your Western adventure.

Airport Transfers (per booking, six-person maximum)

• From Cody WY or Worland WY: $135
• Sheridan WY: $145
• From Billings MT: $225

We encourage our guests to rent vehicles so they have the freedom to enjoy other recreational and historical attractions in the region.

FYIs, Booking Requirements, & Cancellation Policies

• 4-Night Stays are Sunday to Thursday.
• 6-Night and 13-Night Stays are Sunday to Saturday.
• 230-pound weight limit for horseback riding.
• Hideout horses get Sunday off (no horseback riding).
• Children's rates are for age 11 and under.
• 32-guest maximum capacity, with 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio and 2:1 horse-to-guest ratio.
• All rates are subject to 5% WY sales tax and 15% gratuity.
• Rates and prices subject to change until reservation secured by deposit.
• A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Check In is anytime after 2:00 p.m.
• Check Out by 11:00 a.m.

Reservations, 1-5 guests:

• A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Deposit remains refundable up until 60 days prior to Check In date, with a penalty of $150 booking fee per person for the cancellation.
• 59 days prior to Check In date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Remaining balance due at Check Out.

Group Reservations, 6+ guests:

• A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Deposit remains refundable up until 90 days prior to Check In date, with a penalty of $150 booking fee per person for the cancellation.
• 89 days prior to Check In date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to Check In date and remains non-refundable at Check Out.
• The group cancellation policy effective as soon as 50% or more of the original group reservation cancels.

Trip Cancellation Insurance Recommended -- Because The Hidout serves a limited number of guests, our cancellation policy is therefore somewhat more restrictive than other vacation providers. In order to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances interfering with your Hideout vacation, we strongly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. You can use any travel insurance company you are comfortable with. The Hideout recommends Travel Guard. Their toll-free number is 1-877-216-4885. Be sure to tell them DRA ref. # 43028.
