| Lodging | Rates | FAQs 2006 Vacation Rates The JJJ Ranch vacation package includes only a limited number of guests, from June through September. We offer an American Plan ranch week on a Sunday to Saturday schedule. Included in the weekly rate are all meals, lodging and activities. Rate is per person. Check-in Sunday at 4:00 p.m. and check out prior to 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. Providing an ultimate outdoor vacation experience is the goal to which our family and professional staff are happily committed! 11 - August 19 DISCOUNTS: Non-rider rate: $200 off weekly rate; 5% discount for prepaying non-discounted weeks prior to May 1st. Discounts apply separately. DEPOSIT: We request 1/3 of your total charges as a deposit to secure your vacation. Failure to send deposit within 10 days of your request may result in forfeiting your space. The balance of your payment is due at the end of your stay. Personal check, cash, money order, Visa/MasterCard/Discover or Travelers Checks are accepted. Reservations for a group of 10 or more guests require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits will be refunded 50% prior to May 1st. After May 1st, deposits are non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits may be applied to a subsequent years vacation only. Otherwise, your deposit is sacrificed without any carry over credit.
