2006 Wilderness Horsepack Trips Rates

Basic Rate per person is $245 per day plus 12% service charge, Montana lodging tax of $14 and Forest Service Fee of $5 per trip day. Service charge covers staff gratuities and airport transfers. Children 8-12 and accompanied by a parent receive 20% discount. We do not charge for meals and lodging the nights before and after your pack-trip.

Payment: We request 1/3 of your total charges to secure your vacation within 10 days of your request. Failure to send deposit may result in forfeiting your space. For groups of 5 or more, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance of your payment is due at the end of your trip. Personal check, cash, money order, Visa/MasterCard, Discover or travelers checks are accepted.

Check-in the afternoon the day before your packtrip.
Check-out prior to 10:00 a.m. the day after your packtrip.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation must occur, 50% of the deposit will be refunded prior to May 1st. After May 1st, deposits are non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits may be applied on a subsequent year's vacation only. Otherwise, your deposit is sacrificed without carry over credit. We highly recommend trip or vacation insurance. Groups:  We can customize exclusive pack-trips, but require a minimum party size of 6. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for groups of 5 or more.

NOTE: We reserve the right to change day-to-day itinerary for reasons of weather, rider ability, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
