2007 Summer RATES

Rates all-inclusive with lodging (rooms have private baths and fireplaces), meals, horses with wranglers, vehicle trips, counselors for babies, children and teens, fishing, heated pool, spa, (no sauna) and evening activities such as square dancing and hayrides.

General: Rates do not include 3.9% state sales tax nor a gratuity for the staff which is entirely optional. We accept personal checks but we are not setup for credit cards.

Reservations: we request a deposit of $500 per person. This deposit less 10% is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days in advance of arrival date or if space is filled.

Transportation: We can pick you up in Denver between 1-3 pm for a charge of $150 each way per family (up to 6 people). If possible, arrange Denver arrivals and departures between 11:00 am. and 2:00 pm. Our first available airport pick-up is 1:00 pm. Our last shuttle leaving TRR is 9:00 am. Please book your flights accordingly.

September / Fall

Rates all-inclusive as above except with limited children’s programs and evening activities. White-water rafting and overnight pack trips available as conditions allow. We offer adult only weeks as well as corporate retreats. We require a two-night minimum and will quote group rates upon request.
